Belloni was French. Known for his luminous impressionist style Belloni has exhibited in numerous museums such as tje Museum of Modern Art-Paris, the Orangerie de Luxembourg, the Trianon de Bagatelle, the Musee Carnavalet, the Musee de la Monnaie and the Musee Galliera. He won numerous prizes at the Paris Art Salons and twice held a solo exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art - Paris.
